What time do doors open?
Fridays: Inside Edge Entrance and Group/VIP Ticket Entrance doors open at 6:05 PM. General Admission doors open at 6:35 PM. Puck drop is at 7:35 PM.
Wednesdays & Saturdays: Inside Edge Entrance and Group/VIP Ticket Entrance doors open at 5:35 PM. General Admission doors open at 6:05 PM. Puck drop is at 7:05 PM.
Sundays: Inside Edge Entrance and Group/VIP Ticket Entrance doors open at 2:35 PM. General Admission doors open at 3:05 PM. Puck drop is at 4:05 PM.
What kind of bag am I allowed to bring into the Columbus Civic Center?

WHAT IS CHUCK-A-PUCK AND HOW CAN I BUY SOME?
Chuck-a-Puck is a fun and unique contest at the start of the second intermission during River Dragons hockey games!
Fans purchase numbered foam pucks and throw their puck(s) towards various targets laid out on the ice. If your puck lands on one of the many company banners laid out, you will win a prize from that company!
Fans can purchase their Chuck-a-Pucks at tables located behind sections 201! You can purchase five pucks for $5 or 25 pucks for $20.
NEW THIS SEASON, fans can also pre-purchase their Chuck-a-Pucks online at rdragonsmerch.com! You can buy your Chuck-a-Pucks online until the Thursday before the home game you are purchasing for! Then, pick them up on game day at the Chuck-a-Puck table behind section 212!
How can I ride the zamboni during intermissions?
Fans can fill out the Zamboni Waiver for the opportunity to ride the Zamboni at a home game. The ride requests are first come first served!
How can I get a Birthday shoutout at a game?
Fans can fill out the Birthday Request form to get a special birthday shoutout at a River Dragons game. Any requests submitted less than 48 hours prior to a game day is not guaranteed!
What is the Jersey off the Back Raffle?
Every home game, fans have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets for the game worn jersey of a different player! Raffle tickets can be purchased behind section 201. The winner will be announced in the middle of the third period.
When are Family 4 Pack Nights and how can I purchase them?
Get 4 upper level tickets along with 4 Hot Dogs, 4 Popcorns, 4 Pepsi drinks, and 4 coupons for free Chick-fil-A sandwiches for JUST $40!
Family 4 Packs are available for the following Saturday games: December 14, January 11, February 15, March 29, April 12.
The deadline to purchase a Family 4 Pack is at noon on gameday. Call or come to the River Dragons executive office to purchase your pack!

Fans can buy merchandise in person during home games. The main merchandise stand is located behind section 206. The satellite merchandise stand behind section 204!

The Booster Club table is located behind section 212.
