2023 COLUMBUS RIVER DRAGONS PLAYOFF TICKETS FAQ

What are my playoff ticket options?

Single game playoff seats will go on sale April 17. Prior to that date you have two options for purchase:

1) A seven-game playoff ticket package with a credit rider.

2) A seven-game playoff ticket package without a credit rider.

Why seven game packages?

Seven games represents the maximum number of potential home playoff dates if every series goes the max number of games. While playing seven home playoff games is unlikely, it is possible.

What is the difference between the packages?

If you select the credit rider on your package, any unplayed playoff games will be rolled over as a credit to your 2023-24 Columbus River Dragons Season Tickets.

If you elect the non-credit rider package, any unplayed playoff games will be refunded.

What is the pricing structure?

I’m a season ticket holder, do I receive a credit?

Full season ticket holders who have paid in full for the 2022-23 season are eligible for a credit towards their playoff packages. Contact the River Dragons offices at 706-507-4625 to see if you have a credit towards playoff packages.

I am eligible for the credit. Does it matter which plan I buy?

If you are eligible for the credit you may select either the credit rider or non-credit rider plans.

When do single game playoff tickets go on sale?

Monday, April 17 at 10 am.

Do you know when and where the games will be played yet?

Until playoff seeding is determined (the FPHL regular season ends on April 15) we will not know which games will be played when or against what opponent. Once seeding is determined a schedule will be announced on the team’s website at www.rdragons.com.
